My second passion beside fashion is definitely travelling. Luckily L. is a globetrotter, too. We already visited Indonesia (Jakarta and Bali), Israel, South Africa, Mozambique...
During our semester at university we are working very hard to afford our travels. It all begins with the search for a cheap flight. I really recommend Flug Idealo as I found all of my latest flights on this page!
In 2009 after having finished school we headed to Bali, Indonesia.
Luckily the flight was only 500 € and the life over there isn't expensive at all! For a normal double bed-room with shower en-suite in a budget hotel you pay around 10€/night! And the breakfast costs around 1,50€ per person. Almost ridiculously cheap!
There is a lot of nature to explore on Bali, like for example the paddy fields deep down in the jungle where you can hear no noise except some animals.
And of course it is surfer's (that means L.'s) paradise! Warm water, no sharks (in contrast to South Africa, hello highest ratio of great white sharks!) and always waves.
Concerning the Bulgari Hotel, we didn't stay there (800 $ per night, but Jennifer Aniston did!) but we ate the probably most delicious pizza in our life! It can be really fun cruising around the island with the oldest motorbike ever seen looking for 5Star hotels and throw a look inside - it's allowed to dream!
