Trends & New In [Yellow all over the place!]

Hello there!
Besides the lace I am also a huge fan of yellow, though I am a blonde! In Barcelona I got this Chanel-lookalike Jacket (and again: way more cheaper than in Germany!).

Browsing through different blogs, I found these streetstyle pictures:

 And last but not least, this beauty crossed my way yesterday in a shop I had to go to because of my internship, but still too expensive though it is the small size. Keep on dreaming! Oh, and what is concerning dreaming.. I dreamt of meeting Scot from TheSartorialist, his wife and his baby (?). ;)

Whereas I am not a huge fan of the latest flower-print trend, I am really into lace shirts, shorts, everything. At "Pull & Bear" at Barcelona (where prices are much lower than in the rest of Europe as well!) I have found this shirt und pants.

Look of the Day [Barcelona Day 1]

 

Hallo ihr Lieben,

wenn man zwei Städtetrips nacheinander "absolviert", ist in erster Linie viel Laufen angesagt! Deswegen habe ich fast jeden Tag meine geliebten weißen Chucks getragen, die mittlerweile dementsprechend auch so aussehen. So muss ich von meinerm Wunsch abrücken, sie so weiß wie am ersten Tag erhalten zu wollen. 

Das Kleid habe ich in einem kleinen Laden in Paris gefunden.

Und jetzt ab in die Sonne mit uns allen!

Running through two cities in a row just means one thing for my feet: Chucks! Though they are not really clean and white (as I wanted to conserve them) anymore, I really love them.

I bought this dress in a cute little shop in Paris and I am absolutely in love with it!

Guten Morgen,
heute ist leider auch schon unser letzter Tag in Barcelona. Daheim warten jedoch einige spannende Projekte auf mich und bei L. geht die Uni wieder los.
Hier noch einige Eindrücke aus Paris – im Duty Free Shop liebe ich es MakeUp auszuprobieren. Das war ein lachsfarbener Lippenstift von Lancôme. Ich bin jedoch von den meisten Lippenstiften sehr enttäuscht, da diese bereits nach wenigen Minuten wieder abgehen.
Was sind eure Lieblingsmarken?

Travels [Trends in Paris - Day 2]

Hallo ihr Lieben,

irgendwie sind mir die "Isabell Marant" Lookalike Sneaker mit Absatz erstaunlich oft über den Weg gelaufen.
Mir gefallen sie eigentlich ganz gut, gekauft habe ich mir jedoch keine. Mal abwarten, ob sie in ein paar Monaten jeder trägt :).
Gestern abend waren wir hier in Barcelona in der "Champagneria" wo das Glas Cava (spanischer Sekt) 0,80 Euro kostet und die Tapas nicht mehr als 3 Euro. Was für ein Leben!

Hallo ihr Lieben!
Heute haben wir den ersten Tag in Barcelona schon hinter uns. Die drei Tage Paris vergingen wie im Fluge. Wenn man eine Stadt schon mehrmals besucht und die touristischen Orte abgehakt hat (wobei diese, wie z.B. der Eiffelturm, Sacré Coeur, Tuileries,  Louvres etc. durchaus zu meinen Lieblingsorten der Stadt zählen!) bleibt einem bei einem erneuten Besuch mehr Zeit die Stadt „wirklich“ zu entdecken. So waren wir in kleinen Restaurants Muscheln essen, in Hinterhofgalerien Kunstwerke bestaunen und sonntags im jüdischen Viertel. Dort ein Muss – Falafel essen! Ganz Paris scheint sich dort zu versammeln und bummelt durch die engen Gassen.
Ich entschied mich meinen "Frühlings" Trenchcoat tragen, auch wenn es noch ein bisschen frisch war.
Dazu klassisch einen Burberryschal, Bikerboots und eine schwarze Skinny.
Jetzt werden wir Barcelona weiter entdecken! Eine wahnsinnig schöne Stadt... und hallo! Taschen und Schuhe bei Zara haben hier den "spanischen" Preis, sind also bis zu 40 Euro günstiger!

Well, sometimes Jetset isn't as nice as the meaning of the word but I don't want to complain. As long as I can travel I am happy!
Just entered the plane to Barcelona and I am really looking forward to warmer temperatures and lots of cav a(spanish champagne) and tapas!

what you need:

- a piece of fabric that is four times bigger than your camera

- wadding

- rubber band and a button

- needle and yarn

As I told you in a previous post, I went to buy a new camera - and so I did: Sony WX7B is my new baby.

I've been looking for a bag at various stores but either they were too expensive or too boring.

That's why I decided to make one on my own. Back in Strasbourg I bought tons of fabrics and as my exams are finished I finally had the time to do a DIY.

Adding the 'Longchamp' banner is just a little joke.

New In [Heels from Mango SS12]

I've seen this wonderful leather heels at Elin Kling's blog the other day. As I strolled around the city yesterday, celebrating being back to life, I came across them in our Mango store.

One good thing about living in a smaller city: there are often pieces still available that are sold out in bigger cities. 

I will definitely take them with me to Paris & Barcelona!
