A short trip to Vienna

Grundlach ausgestellt – u.a.

Hey there on International Hangover Day!

The two days in Vienna have been a nice short break from work at home. Additionally university starts again and that means more work than ever because the exams start in february and end at the beginning of march.
But we are heading to Barcelona in the middle of march, so there is a light in the end of the tunnel!
We spent our first day in Vienna strolling around in the inner city. I love looking at the shop windows of the more expensive brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada and Gucci because they present their goods always in a very artistic way.
My visit at Forever21 has been okay but not overwhelming like expected! The prices are cheap but as low is the quality. Anyway I found a silk blouse, a brown wool poncho and some earrings! More about my purchases soon.
On the second day we wandered around the older city and admired the old buildings! Afterwards we headed to the „kunsthalle wien“ to visit an exhibition with fashion photography which turned out to be very interesting. There were original photos from Helmut Newton and Peter Lindbergh and some information and pictures of „The Sartorialist“.
We ended our trip with having pizza in a small restaurant and watching the photos we took.

Have a lovely start into 2012!
